STIR INK

Ink for inkjet ceramic digital printers storage, recirculation, filtration, and tapping unit complete with:

– Stainless steel cabinet
– Compressed air reduction and regulation unit complete with pressure gauge (0-10 bar) to control pump supply pressure
– No.2 solenoid valves
– 1⁄2” double diaphragm pump in PP
– Set of PVC piping for loading, unloading, and product recirculation
– Set of fittings
– No.1 3-way manual valve
– Set of fittings and clamp connections for 10″ housing
– Housing for 10” filter
– Piping complete with tap for discharging the filtered product directly in front of the tank controlled by a pneumatic solenoid valve (the discharge will take place downstream of the filter to guarantee the quality of the extracted product).

Description of operation

IBC connection
The IBC containing fresh ink is positioned at a maximum distance of one meter from the STIR INK and is connected to the loading pipe via a special plastic connection.

Ink recirculation
The material stored inside the IBC is kept constantly in recirculation with pump ON/OFF times that can be set by the operator using a timer. The ink is extracted from the bottom of the container and reintroduced from the top.

Discharge with ink filtration
The operator, using the button located in front of the tank, collects the ink after passing it through a 3, 5, or 10-micron cartridge filter.
