FRAME HOLDER FOR MANUAL EMULSIONING PEM100

SUPREX is a Monofilament Polyester Fabric specifically designed for Screen printing Applications.
The SUPREX range includes coarse fabric for printing high density inks, glitters, flocking and finer fabric for printing UV inks and high definition prints.

 

It is used to remove excess water after the development of flat screens or for cleaning residue application of catalysts/hardeners or protective coatings in the process of finishing the screen itself.

 

TECHNICAL FEATURES

The suction pump is composed of three parts:

– Motor impeller channel to 150 cubic meters/hour;

– Central body with door opening that allows the extraction of container that collects the waste intake;

– A galvanized iron suction blade can be provided in two main sizes: 24 and 40 cm.

A solution developed for automatic processing and washing of all kinds of flat screens after the exposure step. It allows a perfect screen opening so it is possible to obtain very high constancy and quality of the finished frame.

 

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Completely stainless steel made. Provided with recycling device with filters which cut down the water consumption and allow to reuse the recycled water for the development of the screens. An electric control panel is used to set all the programs for automatic development and washing cycles.
