MACHINE DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES: Painted steel structure. The machine is equipped with a drawer-style drying oven in the lower part, a pneumatic press in the central part, and a halogen lamp in the upper part. The pneumatic press is available in two versions: manual opening (Model TC) and automatic opening (Model TC-A). The 3-drawer dryer slides on bearings and is used to dry the photosensitive emulsion before exposure. It comes complete with a UV protection system consisting of a rigid casing with a self-winding front curtain and sliding side panels for inspection. The control panel features a 29-channel digital computer that can control and store exposure times, vacuum times, and drying oven temperature. It also displays the operating hours of the bulb to monitor its lifespan. It has an exposure compensation light with a photocell. A vacuum gauge is installed on the control panel to monitor pressure in the vacuum table. The cooling system includes a feature to prevent overheating of electrical components. The metal halide halogen lamp is available in two versions: 2000/5000 W or 3500/7000 W. ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY: 400 V – 50 Hz (3 phases + ground) – 10,000 W, with possible variations on request. RECOMMENDED SPARE PARTS: Halogen bulb (5000 W or 7000 W, depending on the model). Rubber mat with a sealed edge, sized for the pneumatic press.
