UNIVERSAL METERS DDS/D

This is a semi-automatic laboratory instrument for determining the dimensional characteristics of tiles (length, orthogonality, planarity, warpage, straightness of edges, curvature of sides) according to the UNI EN ISO 10545-2 standard.

Measurements are performed by comparing a calibration sample plate with the ceramic tiles, using digital comparators.

It comes complete with:

• 6 digital comparators (1/100 mm)
• 6 USB cables
• 1 7-port USB hub
• 1 USB cable for PC connection
• 1 Notebook with pre-installed and tested operating system and dataCEN/04 software
• 1 hardware key
• 3 auto-stop lifting cables for side comparators
• A set of supports for tiles with thicknesses from 3 to 15 mm.

Various models are available, differing in maximum tile size.
