TMTE Mechanical Screen Stretcher

This professional-grade, motorized screen stretcher is made from painted stainless steel and features a manual clamp closure. It’s operated by three motors controlled by a command panel and comes complete with three pressure bars and all necessary accessories.

The TMTE “multistretcher” allows you to tension mesh onto multiple frames of different sizes and profiles simultaneously. This significantly reduces waste and ensures the most cost-effective production. The device can handle synthetic, metallized polyester, and steel mesh on frames of any size and angle.

All four sides of the stretcher are motorized, ensuring a parallel and uniform tension of both warp and weft threads. The independent movement of the clamps, which glide on roller bearings, maintains uniform elongation across the entire surface. The frame-to-mesh contact is also motorized for easy handling.
