ROLLER KILN ER Series

This kiln features a robust steel structure enclosing thermal insulation made of low-density refractory bricks and pre-formed ceramic fiber plates, highly resistant to temperature and thermal shock.

The kiln comprises zones with different characteristics:

• Entry and Fume Evacuation Zone
• Preheating Zone
• Firing Zone
• Cooling Zone

In all models, the heating elements in the firing zone are made of Silicon Carbide, allowing these kilns to operate up to a maximum temperature of 1330°C.

Optional: Kiln management via a PC.

Various models are available, differing in maximum sample size and number of zones.
