A stainless steel cable running few millimetres above the rollers allows to:

• Real-time detection of roller breakages
• Money saving through complete prevention of heaps of broken tiles
• Reduction in the number of rollers used annually during production
• Simplified roller changes operations without hindrance • Detection and warning of interrupted cable, broken rollers, and bearings with anomalous rotation
• Cable can be handled without special equipment at every moment
• Assembly and maintenance of the system can be done while the kiln is working, without stops in production.
• Switchboard can be installed everywhere, even far from the production area
• There are no parts of the equipment subject to wear and tear, therefore there are no maintenance costs
