Manual Screen Stretcher TME

This manual screen stretcher is made of painted stainless steel and features a manual clamp closure. All movements are controlled by two guide handwheels plus one on the beam. It comes complete with three pressure bars and all necessary accessories.

The “multistretcher” TME is a professional-grade mesh tensioning unit. It allows you to stretch mesh onto multiple frames of different sizes and profiles simultaneously, minimizing mesh waste and making production more economical.

Frames can be stretched straight or at any angle with synthetic mesh, metallized polyester, and stainless steel mesh to produce repeatable stencils for all printing purposes. Thanks to the handwheels and the movement on all three sides, a parallel and uniform tension of the warp and weft meshes is guaranteed. The uniformity of the stretch across the entire area is maintained by clamps on all three sides that slide independently on roller bearings.
