FLEXIMETER CCSL
Automatically operated instrument with pneumatic drive designed for the determination of the breaking load and the flexural strength of unfired ceramic tiles with sizes of 100 x 100 mm to 700 x 700 mm. Its natural application is the quality control carried out at the exit of the press or dryer.
Laboratory ovens suitable for cooking with rapid cycles.
The temperature and cooking cycle are controlled by a microprocessor programmer mod. K1PX with which it is possible to set 4 cooking cycles composed, each, of 8 STEPS.

The oven consists of a sturdy steel structure which encloses the thermal insulation consisting of bricks low density refractories and preformed fiber sheets highly temperature and shock resistant ceramic thermal.
The oven comprises zones having different characteristics and precisely:
- smoke entry and evacuation area
- preheating area
- cooking zone
- cooling zone
In all models the heating elements in the cooking zone are in Silicon Carbide allowing these furnaces to be able to operate up to a maximum temperature of 1330 ° C
