CLAY MIXER WITH DEGASSING UNIT VPM/90

Suitable to mix, homogenize and degas ceramic bodies at plastic state. The machine needs to be fed with material properly treated at plastic state. Using a proper orifice (optional) it is possible to obtain a 60x12mm profile. Equipment: – Manual wiry cutter – Sliding and exit seam supporting runner with out of gear belt – Wrench tools set

Laboratory oven built with a steel structure painted in fire at 180 ° C with paints scratch-resistant epoxy.

Thermal insulation is provided in ceramic fiber and low-density refractory bricks.

For the CVK-N and CVK-N / S models, the heating parts are composed of Kanthal-type spiral-wound electric resistors.

For the CVK-N / SCS model the heating parts are composed of silicon carbide electric resistors.

With this oven, it is possible to simulate the entire cooking curve of a continuous industrial oven.

PTCR RINGS

The PTCR pyrometric rings have approximately the same characteristics and the same use as the rings

Bullers. They are smaller in size, and their measurement is performed with a digital millesimal micrometer.
